The Chaos of Comfort: when I create, I create order. There is something beautiful about the physical need to make things; free form crochet is random thought/dream made physical. A video is a painting made of light: aisles of sky obliterated by pixels. I go for walks with my eyes closed and revel in my vulnerability. What pours out of my hands later on are maps of what I wanted to see, or what I thought I saw…
Eden Veaudry is a self-taught multimedia artist whose practice incorporates drawing, textiles, photography and video. She has exhibited in galleries and artist-run spaces throughout Canada and the United States. She lives in Victoria, BC.
