Mythical Creatures,
Mystical Creatures is an exhibition of shadow pictures and animation by Vancouver based audio-visual artist Lief Hall. The illuminated cut-outs portray ethereal landscapes filled with demonic wildlife and cartoon totems: sharing the space with projections of gently rocking widows in parallel dimensions.
Lief Hall graduated from the Emily Carr University of Art and Design in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Integrated Media and has exhibited and performed at such places as The Chan Centre, VIVO, Access ARC, The Western Front and Truck Gallery. Her current collaborative musical projects include MYTHS and Glaciers.
